Welcome to FastoLead, a service provided by FastoGT. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using FastoLead, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
FastoLead is a lead management and analysis tool that:
- Imports contacts from various sources (Google Forms, Gmail, HubSpot, JivoChat)
- Provides AI-powered lead scoring and analysis
- Offers AI sales coach chat for real-time conversational guidance about specific leads
- Helps identify and merge duplicate contacts
- Generates insights about your leads through web research
- Allows optional contribution of training data to improve AI model accuracy
3. User Accounts and Authentication
To use certain features, you must connect third-party accounts (Google, HubSpot, etc.). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your connected accounts
- All activities that occur through your connected accounts
- Ensuring you have the right to access and use the data from connected services
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Access data you are not authorized to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
FastoLead offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: 100 leads, 500 AI analyses, 100 web searches per month
- Starter ($19/month): 500 leads, 2,000 AI analyses, 500 web searches
- Pro ($49/month): 2,000 leads, 5,000 AI analyses, 1,000 web searches
- Business ($99/month): 10,000 leads, 20,000 AI analyses, 5,000 web searches
- Enterprise ($199/month): Unlimited leads, 50,000 AI analyses, 10,000 web searches
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay the subscription fees for your selected tier
- Automatic renewal unless canceled before the billing period ends
- Usage limits as specified for your tier
You may purchase add-on packages to increase your AI and search request limits. These are one-time purchases that add to your existing limits.
6. Usage Limits and Fair Use
Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits. When you reach your limits:
- AI analysis features will be temporarily unavailable until limits reset or you purchase additional capacity
- Web search features will be temporarily unavailable until limits reset or you purchase additional capacity
- You may upgrade your tier or purchase add-on packages to increase your limits
Abuse of the service, including automated bulk operations designed to circumvent limits, may result in account suspension.
7. Refunds and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will revert to the Free tier
- Unused portions of add-on packages are non-refundable
Refunds for subscription fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. AI-Generated Content and Services
FastoLead uses artificial intelligence to analyze leads and provide sales guidance. You acknowledge that:
- AI Configuration: You are responsible for configuring and providing your own AI service (Claude API, Groq API, or self-hosted Ollama). We do not provide AI services directly.
- No Guarantees: AI-generated content, including lead scores, analysis, chat responses, and recommendations, are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Not Professional Advice: AI responses do not constitute professional sales, legal, financial, or business advice. You should use your own judgment and expertise when making business decisions.
- Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated insights and recommendations in your sales process.
- Data Sharing: When using cloud-based AI providers (Claude, Groq), your lead data is sent to those services for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Local Processing: If you use Ollama (self-hosted), all AI processing happens locally on your infrastructure and no data leaves your servers.
10. Training Data and Model Improvement
FastoLead includes an optional feature to contribute training data for AI model improvement:
- Voluntary Contribution: Participation in training data collection is entirely optional and requires your explicit action.
- What's Collected: If you choose to submit training samples, they may include contact information, lead analysis results, and your feedback on the AI's performance.
- Purpose: Training data helps improve the accuracy and quality of AI lead analysis for all users through model fine-tuning.
- Data Usage: By submitting training samples, you grant FastoGT permission to use this data to improve our AI models and services.
- No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that your specific feedback will be incorporated into future models.
11. Chat Conversations
The AI Sales Coach chat feature allows you to have conversations about your leads:
- Conversation Storage: Chat conversations are stored in your database and linked to specific leads via lead_source and lead_id.
- Conversation History: Your chat history persists across sessions and can be accessed when you reopen a chat with the same lead.
- No Warranty: Chat responses are AI-generated and provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you input into chat conversations.
12. Third-Party Services
FastoLead integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies:

The FastoLead application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FastoGT and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
14. Self-Hosted Installations
If you self-host FastoLead:
- You are responsible for maintaining and securing your installation
- You must comply with all applicable data protection laws
- You are responsible for backing up your data
- Updates and patches are your responsibility to apply
- Usage limits do not apply to self-hosted installations
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTOGT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastoGT from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
18. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Pricing and subscription tiers may be modified with 30 days notice.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
20. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason at our discretion.
21. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
